This week, we went to Toa Payoh for our photo walk. Starting from the Toa Payoh MRT, my original plan was to lead the group towards the Town Central and explore the area around the Toa Payoh Central CC. We had about 15+ members, mostly returning, joined this week’s walk.
During our walk, some of the members requested that we explore the Dragon Playground. Constructed in 1979, it is one of the stops in the Singapore Heritage Trail. Though it was a 15 to 20 minutes of nonstop walk to the playground from where we were, I decided that it would be an interesting experience for those who had not been there before.
